Awesome book, best book by far that I read and I recommend everyone read it, I truly had no idea how much my body was effected by my mental health, I have had so many stomach issues and 9 surgeries and I’m willing to bet most of not all are from my mental health.

Hi everyone, my name is Erin, I have been struggling with mental health issues, substance abuse, depression, anxiety… you get it right lol, anyways I’m nervous I never opened up to anyone before I was always afraid of being judged and laughed at, I’m starting this page for others who are suffering in silence with me to join hands and help each other out on this road called life, I also use Cbd products and swear by them, I know it’s not for everyone but it’s a part of my story and I hope it can be of help to others, im just starting up my page and learning as I go so bare with me and please please let some healing start here…..
