Soup of the week: Coconut-Ginger Chickpea Soup - The health claims for ginger have gotten a little out of control - everything from increasing dopamine levels to reducing your risk of Alzheimer's disease. That's all great and all, but we love it cause it's freakin delicious, so we made sure this soup has plenty of the fresh stuff. Top that with Crispy Onions & Parsley, and add a side of Garden Salad with balsamic Vinaigrette and you will be one happy camper. (Vegan)

Chef's Choice: Middle Eastern Mezze Platter - You won't find Falafel this good anywhere west if the Atlantic. Plus, each serving boasts 13 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber. Add in a healthy serving of Israeli Salad, and Tabbouleh and drown it all in our Lemon Tahini Sauce and you've got yourself one deliciously healthy meal. (Vegan)

🥾𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧'𝐬 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐇𝐢𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 - Our goal will be to blend the physicality of hiking together with the botanical beauty of the wild flowers. We will learn about tracks and s**t, the history of our chosen trails, identifying flowers and learning about edible wildflowers/herbal uses. We will also enjoy the social aspects of being together as a community of women.

🎨 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 - Each week, we will go out into Nature to create Art inspired by an Earth Centered Artist.

𝐅𝐥𝐲-𝐓𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐅𝐥𝐲-𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 - Join us for a morning intro to Fly tying, where we'l learn the basics and tie 2-3 flies. We'll then meet up on the water (locations may vary) for introduction to fly casting and fishing from shore.
