I wanted a change and a chance to increase my lifespan so that I can live longer and share more time with my loved ones. YOU CAN 100% do it too. My complete transformation has taken just under 7 months. Starting weight was 260 (but logged 256 with a BMI of 44.6. Current weight is (169) with a BMI of 29. Pictures are my proof.
