Are you an independent beauty professional looking for a place to bring your business. We have a beautiful area inside of the collective in the heart of downtown Boulder.

The space would be great for a nail technician, lash technician, permanent makeup artist or anything under the beauty business industry. Must have a valid Colorado beauty professional license.

-Located in the heart of downtown Boulder on the historic west end of Pearl Street Mall.
-Has its own sink.
-Parking space included in parking garage.
-Sparkling water and regular water provided for guests.
-First set of business cards provided
-Rent includes utilities, parking, internet
