🎉 8 Years This Weekend! 🎉 (Part 1)

Man, how deep my well of gratitude is for the journey I chose to embark on 8 years ago...

Story Time:

It was November 2016, and "suddenly" I had found the new foundation I'd been building at a salon for the past 6 months crumbling beneath me.

But one thing became clear: I must experience paving my very own path now to move forward.

Time felt of the essense with clients and bills depending on me, and there my confidence and trust arose with the knowing of a positive outcome of this choice no matter what. This surely wasn't just about me; this felt to be the highest path for myself within my craft and all whom I'm responsible for uplifting through this healthy beauty way 🌿.

So, I stepped into the great unknown of the business/entrepreneur world, on a WHIM, withOUT a plan. 😅
I moved into my first salon suite with confidence but prayed I'd be able to stay afloat.

For background,
most my years I've tended to achieve utter fulfillment in taking The Leap and throwing myself off the cliff's edge "into the abyss"... guided under the mere premise of my "knowing"; feeling of soul alignment; trusting in Divine guidance that speaks to me in such bigger-than-me ways. These are gifts of explicit direction that undeniably create the opportunity for ultimate growth & fulfillment of purpose as their reward.

This path surely does not come without struggle of all sorts. It is Far from easy, but I thoroughly know by now that this path will Always lead to the betterment of my body, mind and soul in such a way that I probably would not have gotten (at least as excitingly ;)) to on my own. This betterment is not only for me, but for all others woven into my life, and beyond. Though, it is usually fear and myself standing in my own way which I have to overcome.

But alas, this path of trusting my knowing and making big moves alone just won't get me to the depths of where I know I want and need to go now. These leaps of faith are crucial, but what about the stable, consistent grounding of my landing pad to build a true foundation on?

🤙Marrying structure and consistency(practicality & logistics) with freedom and flexibility(creativity & vision) truly feels like not only the current epitome of my entrepreneurship lessons, but of life itself.

I believe there is absolutely a sweet spot, where both ends of the spectrum come together to balance each other in harmony; all shades of the spectrum are seen, held and embodied in a way that is whole.

This is a coming together within ourselves first, and therefore with others as well; connecting human beings with human beings and reaching higher states of expression/communication, fulfillment, peace, joy, love and success! 🏅

We are not meant to do this alone. But first, we may need to find that sweet spot of balance within ourselves to outwardly create this life we so deeply desire.
