If you’ve ever stared at one stubborn hair and thought, “I swear we already treated that one,” there’s a better way to measure your electrolysis progress.
The mirror can make one hair feel like a setback. I look at the pattern across the entire treatment area instead.
As your treatment progresses, I want to see the area becoming easier to clear and the amount of visible hair between appointments gradually changing. Those trends tell us far more about your progress than trying to remember the exact location of one follicle.
Your history also matters. Years of tweezing can affect what we see from appointment to appointment, while hormonal changes can make previously fine hairs become much more noticeable. That is one reason two people treating the same area can have very different timelines.
This is also why I’m cautious when someone promises an exact number of sessions before looking at your growth. Your treatment plan should be based on your pattern, rather than somebody else’s before-and-after.
If the question holding you back is, “What if I spend the time and money and the hair comes back?” bring that question to your consultation. I’d rather show you how we will evaluate progress before you commit.
Book your consultation + patch test through the link in my bio, or DM “GROWTH” with the area you want to treat and we can start there.

Your appointment may end when you walk out the door, but your skin’s work is still underway.
After electrolysis, I like to think of the time between sessions as part of the treatment itself. Your skin has just been through very precise work, and what it needs next isn’t more attention - it’s a little patience, consistency, and room to recover.
That can be surprisingly hard when you’re excited about your progress. You notice every bit of redness, every tiny texture change, and suddenly you’re wondering whether you should exfoliate, cover it, touch it, or “help” it along.
Most of the time, the kindest thing you can do is much simpler: keep the area clean, be gentle with it, and let your skin settle at its own pace.
Those quiet days between appointments matter because healthy-looking skin and long-term progress go hand in hand.
We’re not trying to rush from one session to the next.
We’re building a rhythm your skin can comfortably keep up with.
So, if your instinct is to do more, this is your reminder that sometimes good aftercare looks like doing less.
Save this for your next appointment, and give your skin the same patience you’re giving the process.
Electrolysis is recognized by the FDA as the only official method for permanent hair removal.

A lot of men assume electrolysis is either “too extreme” or “a service for ladies”.
In reality, it’s one of the most customizable services you can do - because you’re not choosing a whole new look. You’re choosing exactly which hairs stay and which ones don’t.
Some clients want a sharper beard line that doesn’t constantly creep down the neck.
Others want fewer bumps and ingrowns (especially if shaving triggers irritation).
Some want to reduce sweat-trapping density on the chest or shoulders.
And yes - some want full removal in an area because it simply feels better day-to-day.
The best part?
You don’t have to decide everything today.
We can start with a small zone, see how your skin responds, and build a plan that matches your goals, comfort, and schedule.

DM “LINEUP” and tell me what area you’re thinking - beard line, neck, brows, chest/back, shoulders - and I’ll point you in the right direction.

Have you ever had that moment where you spot a few new hairs and your stomach drops - something like, “Wait, didn’t we already clear this area?”
You’re not imagining things, and you’re not regressing.
Hair growth is staggered.
Some follicles are active and visible today, while others are quiet in the background.
When those quieter ones wake up, it can feel like the work didn’t count - especially if you’ve spent years fighting the mirror, the tweezers, the sudden “why is this happening?” panic.
This is why I talk about phases.
In the beginning, we focus on getting you relief - clearing what’s there so you can breathe.
Later, the goal becomes protecting that relief - simple upkeep so small new growth doesn’t turn into a full return.
If you want help understanding your hair growth phases, DM me “PHASE” with the area you’re treating and I’ll share what a realistic schedule can look like for you!

If you’ve tried laser, waxing, plucking, shaving, and the hair is back within a week, this is for you 💛
One of my clients shared this after starting electrolysis for persistent facial hair growth:
They’d been in that exhausting cycle for years - always chasing the next “fix”, always feeling like it never really stuck.
What changed wasn’t just the method - it was finally having a plan, realistic expectations, and appointments that felt supportive (not stressful).
What I want you to know:
You’re not “overreacting”, and you’re definitely not alone.
Unwanted facial hair can be deeply frustrating and emotional - and you deserve care that’s calm, respectful, and confidence-building.
In my studio, you can expect:
• A judgment-free space (always)
• Clear education on what electrolysis is and how it works
• A treatment plan based on your goals + schedule
• Honest timelines + consistent support along the way
If you’re ready to step out of the weekly battle and into a long-term solution, let’s start with a consultation or patch test.

The first 48 hours after electrolysis aren’t about doing “more.” They’re about doing less, on purpose.
Most irritation problems I see aren’t caused by the appointment - they’re caused by what happens later: a workout that got a little too sweaty, a “gentle exfoliant” that wasn’t gentle on healing skin, a makeup routine that trapped heat, or a well-meaning attempt to dry the area out.
If you want smoother healing, think of it like this: your skin is closing tiny doorways. Heat, friction, and strong products can keep those doors open longer than they need to be.
If you’re acne-prone, pigment-prone, treating high-friction zones (upper lip, chin, bikini, beard/neck), or you’ve had irritation from hair removal before, your aftercare matters even more - and I’ll tailor it to your skin and routine.
DM “48 HOURS” and I’ll send my aftercare checklist!

A while back, someone told me, “I’m not sure this is working - I am still seeing hair.”
So I asked them to bring two things to their next appointment:
The magnifying lamp they usually use at home, and a little patience for the timeline their body follows.
When they came in, we compared month-one photos to month-three photos - same angle, same area, same honesty.
The room got quiet.
Because what felt like “no progress” was actually progress that had been drowned out by daily magnifying-mirror stress.
Electrolysis results are rarely dramatic overnight.
They’re built - session by session - around hair growth cycles, consistency, and good aftercare.
Some hairs you’re noticing now weren’t even “available” to treat at the beginning. They were waiting their turn.
That’s why a long-term plan matters: it turns the process from emotional whiplash into steady momentum.
If you want a plan you can trust (and a way to measure progress without spiraling), DM me “PLAN” and I’ll tell you what to track, and what to ignore.

If you’re picky about where you go for permanent hair removal...same.
You deserve a studio that’s clean and orderly, and a provider who’s consistent - so you’re not guessing from appointment to appointment.
This review means a lot because it speaks to reliability:
Good results, a space that feels cared for, and a client who decided they don’t need to shop around anymore.
I don’t take that lightly.
Every detail - setup, sanitation, pacing, aftercare - adds up to an experience you can trust.
If you’ve been looking for “your person” for electrolysis, this might be it.

If you’ve ever avoided hair removal because you’re thinking, “My skin is going to leave a mark,” I get it.
Hyperpigmentation can feel like trading one insecurity for another - and that’s not a fair deal.
What most people don’t realize is that pigment isn’t always about how “strong” your treatment was.
For a lot of mark-prone skin, it’s about how the skin is handled before and after. Heat, friction, sun, picking, and even the “wrong-time” skincare routine can keep the healing response turned on longer than it needs to be.
That’s why I take a pigment-smart approach:
conservative settings, thoughtful spacing, and aftercare that’s designed to keep your barrier calm.
And yes, this is also where tyrosinase inhibitors come in. They can be helpful for fading because they influence the pathway that makes pigment, but timing matters. The same ingredient that supports brightening on calm skin can irritate reactive skin if you jump in too early.
If you’re treating hormonally active areas (upper lip/chin), you have deeper skin tones that tend to mark, you’re acne-prone, or you’ve dealt with PIH from waxing/threading, you’re exactly who I want to plan with, because your skin deserves results without “receipts.”
To protect cadence, I only take a limited number of new clients each month.
