I will not be answering any messages. So if you don’t hear from me I’m taking a much needed break. 💚🌱✨

Well look who decided to have some babies.

I scared my husband when I noticed it because I probably screamed with excitement!

It’s the little things. Just like after a rain storm opening up the windows to let the stagnant air out. 💚🌱🌿

It’s August and it’s Leo SEASON! One of my favorite times of the year.

With the bugs back don’t forget I’m here for your bug spray needs!! I’ve been selling it left and right! Most use it for tick spray too! 🙂

I had someone give this to me and I’ve been sleeping with it or using it right before bed for the last 2-3 weeks.

To say my anxiety has significantly decreased is an understatement. I’ve been working on gut issues and inflammation (with direction from a functional doctor) as well when I started this so it could be a mix of both.

Please note I’m someone that has no issue falling asleep or staying asleep. But I could tell my nervous system needed something more since recent health struggles I’ve been navigating. My husband thought it was a joke. But just so everyone knows he researched it too and has noticed a difference in me.

Maybe it’s placebo, I don’t think it is.

I don’t wake up instantly pi**ed off at the world. I’m waking up rested and ready to slowly move into the day. Could this be addressing the root cause of inflammation as well, yes I think it’s a combo of both.

Just thought I would share incase anyone else is interested! Happy weekend!!

Happy Mother’s Day to all!

I woke up to a surprise some seeds decided to sprout! 🌱🪴🌿💚

I finally got the motivation to get the seeds ready.

Excited to see the babies grow.

One of the perks of making your own deodorant. When you run out just go through my supply in the office!

Happy Sunday! 🌱💚🦋

Carpet woes! No pets, no outdoor shoes in the house, but somehow it still gets dirty. I’m convinced I have gremlin roommates who love to make messes. Cleaning it up was satisfying, though! I stopped using store-bought cleaner with our steamer since it left our carpets crunchy. Vinegar and essential oils do the trick!
