My name is Shantelle Long-Williams, and I’m the owner and master stylist behind Shans’Handz Hair Studio, the founder of True Sanction Hair Oil, and a hair educator passionate about healthy hair foundations, color theory, and proper hair maintenance.
I specialize in healthy hair care, custom color, precision cut; especially pixie styles and creating elevated, intentional hair experiences for every client who sits in my chair. As an educator, I believe informed clients and professionals make the best decisions for their hair, which is why education is at the core of everything I do, both behind the chair and in my classes.

My journey into the beauty industry is rooted in purpose and passion. Before becoming a full-time entrepreneur, I transitioned from a career in law enforcement into beauty, turning what once was a dream into a thriving business built on care, discipline, learned lessons and excellence. That journey taught me that hair is not just about style, it’s about confidence, identity, and self-love.

At Shans’Handz, my mission is simple: to prioritize the health of your hair while delivering results you love in a safe, welcoming, and professional environment. I believe in education, transparency, and customized services because know two heads of hair are the same.
