My personal/professional suggestions:
For best results leave the flat twist in for at least two days a week is even better for maximum hold.
Do Not mist with any kind of water/refresher it will frizz and fluff into a bush 😩
Do make sure you pineapple/soft Bantu knot at night with bonnet.
Refresh in the am with light oil and a few finger manipulation and go 🌻
