Let’s revisit a conversation I had earlier this year… because apparently we still need to talk about it.

Everybody loves the idea of a pixie cut.
And a lot of people love the idea of blonde, highlights, platinum, or vibrant colors too.

But here’s the part that doesn’t always get discussed…

Pixies and high-maintenance colors are not “set it and forget it” hairstyles.

A pixie cut is a precision haircut.
Blondes, highlights, platinum, and vivid colors are high-maintenance color services.

That means both require:
• regular salon visits
• intentional styling
• time in your schedule
• and a financial commitment

You can’t get a pixie or go platinum and then disappear for three months like it’s a protective style.
The reason pixies look so good on the women you admire is because they’re being maintained and shaped regularly.

And I love doing pixies. They are beautiful, powerful, and confidence-boosting.

But let’s be real…
Pixies look good on everyone.
