As a very professional business owner I reached out to what was going to be a “new client” for tomorrow at 9:00 am. She chose NOT to confirm her appointment nor sign waivers. As her appointment would take up 2 hours of my schedule and we reach out to all clients who do not confirm as things come up, and this is what I received…….
