Just sharing as a Reminder, this notice stays pinned on the salon page for quick reference. No-show appointments not only waste our time, they cost us money. Respect is a mutual dance, we are generally understanding when life happens. It takes the same energy to say "I cant make it today", as it did to schedule our time, energy and resources.

| Cancellation & No-Show Policy

​At Salon 2:22 & Co, we operate strictly by Appointment Only. This allows us to provide you with a relaxed, one-on-one, and rush-free experience. Because that time is reserved exclusively for you, missed appointments deeply impact our small family business and our stylists’ livelihoods.

​To protect our stylists’ time and ensure availability for all our guests, we have established the following guidelines:

​24-Hour Notice Required: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer that time slot to another guest on our waiting list.

​The "No-Show" Policy: Any appointment missed without 24 hours' notice is considered a "No-Show." While we understand that life happens and offer grace for a first-time occurrence, repeat offenses affect our ability to stay in business.

​Cancellation Fees: After your first missed appointment, any future "No-Show" or late cancellation will result in a fee equal to 50% of the missed service total.

​Please note: This fee is not a deposit for your next service. It is a repayment for the lost income incurred by the stylist and must be paid before or at the time of scheduling any future appointments.

​Service Restrictions: To protect our investment and our team, multiple missed appointments or frequent last-minute cancellations will result in a permanent restriction from booking future services.

​We take great pride in making your family look and feel their best. Thank you for respecting our time and supporting our small business.
