Reposting due to some confusion so here’s some tricks and tips to optimize the walk ins only process.
1. we are walk ins only, there is some unpredictability with this because at any point a group could walk in. The only guarantee I can make is that I’ll be able to cut your hair which leads me into the next tip
2. don’t come in the last hour. This is the only time I can’t guarantee a cut. We stop taking people once the wait time exceeds the time we are open. We’ve been there all day, please be courteous with our time as we have yours.
3. Slow down/ peak points. We peak early in the morning and again at around 4 when shifts get out. Friday, Saturday and Monday will also be peak points so Wednesday and Thursday’s are optimal. During the day we slow down around 12-2. I’ll typically take my lunch around this time so keep that in mind but it’s a better chance to be able to walk right in and be cut.
4. I can’t get to my phone. So messages likely won’t be responded to during business hours at a reasonable time. I recommend calling the store with questions that need answered in a more timely manner.
Thank you to everyone who’s followed me over ❤️ I’m beyond grateful for every one of you
