We are SO excited to announce that the incredibly talented Bexx Melnyk will be joining the Rebel Arts team! Starting 5/14 she will be available for all your haircut and color needs!
About Bexx:
Bexx Melnyk specializes in gender-affirming hair, razor cuts, pixies, color, blonding, vivids, and all things in the curly world.
She values cosmetology for the balance of science and art; she's passionate about education, and she's a well-known color theory nerd. In her personal life, she loves reading, painting, spending time with family, and snuggling with her cats.
