I was never a big fan of Valentine’s Day. But I was looking at it all wrong. It’s not just about romantic love. It’s about ALL love; love for your spouse, family, friends and for yourself. ❤️
SO today I am grateful for all the love in my life including this guy who always keeps me smiling, grounded and loves me for just me.

Pan Seared Rose fish from - (so fresh!) in olive oil, ghee butter, garlic powder and salt. Served over zucchini & yellow squash zoodles sautéed in olive oil, ghee, garlic, shallots, & sea salt. Healthy and super tasty 😋

to the 2014 Chicago marathon w my girl 🥇___
Miami, you have a lot to live up to this weekend bc Chicago was absolutely incredible. I can’t believe I waited this long to run another one! I have to say that I didn’t love every minute of training, but I truly did fall in love with running again. So excited for this weekend 🙌🏻🙏🤞

Loving this pasta made w cauliflower and lentils! Yes, that’s it! 2 simple ingredients. Love this kind of thing for when It’s just me and I’m way too lazy to make anything else for dinner.
