Over 20 years ago, I opened my first Boca Tanning location. I never imagined the journey would take me from store owner, to area developer, to eventually partnering in the brand itself.

When I was asked to become a partner, I had one condition: we had to do things differently.

I didn’t want to build a system that only benefits the company. I wanted to help people build something they could be proud of. Something that gives them freedom, creates opportunities for their family, and allows them to achieve their own version of success.

As a business owner, fighter, coach, husband, and father of four, I’ve learned that nobody has all the answers. The best leaders listen, stay humble, and continue learning. Sometimes the teacher learns from the student.

The truth is my dream was never to own tanning salons. My dream was to help people. Whether that’s helping a customer, mentoring a business owner, coaching an athlete, or simply being there for someone who needs advice.

To my family, friends, employees, and customers who have become friends—thank you. I wouldn’t be here without you.
