Hair appointments are interesting because on the surface it looks like beauty maintenance but I think for a lot of people it’s actually a reset. A pause. A way of saying “I matter too” in the middle of a busy life.
And honestly, sometimes the confidence shift from refreshed color, healthy shine, or dimension that finally feels like you again changes more than we give it credit for ✨
It’s the little things 💛😌.
Rich color is less about going darker or lighter and more about dimension, tone, shine, and the overall health of the hair. That’s the difference between color that just looks “done” and color that looks expensive.

A lot of women don’t stay with the same hair because they love it.
They stay because they’re afraid of getting a new vibe wrong.
The right color shouldn’t overpower you, it should enhance you. ✨
My goal is always hair that feels elevated, natural, and designed specifically for your features.
We skipped the harsh “solid helmet line” permanent gray coverage route and went with a softer French blending technique instead ✨
By softly tinting and blending her grays into a brunette base, she still gets to feel like a brunette while letting her natural silver pieces slowly become the highlights over time. The result is dimensional, lived-in color with a much softer grow out, no solid root line, no full foil commitment, and way less maintenance.
With the blending options we have these days, gray coverage doesn’t have to look like one solid stripe at the root anymore 😉

There’s something about the right fringe that changes everything ✨
We took her bangs from blunt + heavy → to soft, airy, and full of movement
Now they open up her eyes with that subtle V shape and a flippy, feathered feel that just lifts her whole face
Finished it off with caramel tones through her brunette for that warm, dimensional glow
(major thank you to her for sending her “before” so we could show this little glow-up 🤍 very iconic of her 👌🏼)

Spring will soon be waking everything up around here 🌿
Longer days, fresh blondes, glossy brunettes, and Ivy still insisting on supervising every shampoo. (If you’ve been in, you know she occasionally believes your lap belongs to her.)
One thing I’m always reminded of this time of year: the most beautiful color always starts with healthy hair. When the hair is strong and cared for, color shines brighter, lasts longer, and fades the way it’s meant to.
