Like most, I have a few changes in store for 2026 🎊 One of these changes includes what I am calling ‘no social Sunday’ 📴 So for this year we will be celebrating Self Care Saturday rather than Sunday 🧘🏼‍♀️

Today we took a family walk at the Headwaters of the Missouri state park 🥾
