Come along with me while I show you how I create this fun, textured look, perfect for football games, hockey games, concerts, or anytime you want a little extra texture!
This look takes me roughly 20 minutes, but I also have about three hairs on my head lol.
I first go in with Redken 11 and spray it throughout my hair, then brush it through.
Next, I take my Beachwaver and clamp each section for about 6 seconds at 380°. As I continue working my way up my hair, I alternate between the waver and my straightener, which I also keep at 380°. Alternating the two is what gives the style that fun, undone texture instead of everything looking too uniform.
After I finish each section, I spray it with Kenra Professional Working Spray. I love this hairspray because it gives hold without leaving your hair crunchy. You can still run your hands through it!
Once the entire style is finished, I go in with Redken Dry Texture Spray and spray it throughout to give it that final bit of texture and volume.
And the biggest thing, I DON’T comb through it! I let the style naturally fall throughout the day, which helps the texture last longer.
