➡️ But What is lace???

It’s the transparent material (usually found on the top or front part of your wig) that gives you a super realistic part and hairline!

➡️ What should I do BEFORE cutting the lace??

Make sure you are 1000000% certain that you want to keep the wig. Once the lace is cut, you can’t return it.

➡️ Why isn’t it just cut for me?!?!

Longer lace in the front is part of the manufacturing of the piece. Think of lace as a price tag, it guarantees that nobody else has worn this wig prior to you purchasing it. Now some brands will offer to cut the lace prior to shipping it out, but fyi this usually voids the ability to return the piece.

Cutting lace can feel SUPER scary. A wig is a big financial investment and it can be nerve wracking that you’ll mess it up. But I PROMISE it’s not as hard as it looks. Grab a tape measure, use sharp scissors & go slowly. 🤗”- Jen Brown | Hair Loss Confidence & Wigs

Indoor lighting can be deceiving. What looks like a great match inside might tell a different story outside. Always step into natural light to see the true tones and undertones.

It will rarely be a perfect match (and that’s totally normal!), but it should be close enough to blend seamlessly. Lighting makes all the difference in getting it right. 🩵🥰
