Think of Thai Massage as a passive yoga session. The client remains fully clothed and recieves all the benefits of yoga (lengthening, releasing, and warming up the muscle fibers) without any of the work. In addition to the stretching that is done, there are also massage techniques and compression to the muscles.

We have a lot of clients who are surprised by how relaxing it is and wish they had tried it earlier.
