Pie for dinner last night - I think I may make this a daily thing! 😁🥰

Okay but for real — this new lemon meringue pie flavor from Transform HQ is SO good 🍋

One thing I’ve really learned on my transformation journey is that healthy choices do not have to feel restrictive or boring. Being able to enjoy something that tastes like a light, creamy lemon milkshake while still supporting my goals is honestly the best feeling.

Day 7: Today I didn’t want to but I did it.

I was feeling very achy today. Didnt want to do much but pushed through.

Pushed through the minor aches.
Pushed through the feeling of tiredness.
Pushed through because of knowing what I deserve.

Accountability for me.

Daily Non-Negotiables!
🥤 Replace 1 meal with an MRS Shake/Prioritize Protein throughout + take my one scoop a day supplements!

Simple healthy habits daily and my favorite healthy hack!

I show up for myself daily regardless of what challenges I am facing and for me thats true growth.

Losing over 200 lbs has definitely given me the will and grace to prove truly what I can do.

And if sharing my story daily inspires someone, that just lifts me up so much.

My non negotiables daily:

- intentional movement
- hydration

And repeat!

Transformation Tuesday 💁🏻‍♀️

This journey has been anything but easy… but it’s been worth it.

There were days I felt defeated.
Days my body didn’t cooperate.
Days I questioned if anything was even working.

But I kept going.

Not because it was easy — but because I decided I wasn’t quitting on myself.

This journey has built something deeper than just physical change…
💜 Resilience — showing up even when I didn’t feel like it
💜 Faith — trusting that healing was happening, even when I couldn’t see it yet
💜 Willpower — choosing discipline over comfort, over and over again

I’ve learned that transformation isn’t just about how you look — it’s about who you become in the process.

And the version of me today?
Stronger. Wiser. More in tune with my body. More grounded in my faith.
