Being an esthetician must be so easy…
Just a little skincare… a little science… a little therapy… a little babysitting…🫠

Facials are self-care… but they’re also skin training.
The real transformation happens when you stay consistent.
Healthy, glowing skin is built over time — not overnight.
Let’s build your glow the right way ✨
Book your routine, not just a treatment.
It’s called reinvesting in the brand 💅

I get asked all the time if red light therapy actually works — and the answer is yes… but only if you’re consistent.
Red light therapy helps:
• Stimulate collagen production
• Reduce fine lines + wrinkles
• Calm inflammation + redness
• Support acne healing
• Improve overall skin tone + texture
When paired with infrared sauna, you’re also boosting circulation, supporting detoxification, and enhancing that healthy glow from within.
Like most things in skincare, this isn’t a one-time fix. I personally aim for 3 sessions a week, and that’s a great goal if you’re using an at-home device too. Consistency is what creates real, visible change.
Skincare is a long game — but it’s worth it.
Part 2: High frequency but make it targeted ⚡️
Pimples hate this one little trick 👀
Perfect for active breakouts when you need them gone ASAP.
High frequency is one of my favorite tools to use during facials. It helps calm the skin, reduce inflammation, and support healing while giving that healthy glow.
I’ll do a part 2 showing how I use it as a spot treatment on active breakouts ✨

Flowers are cute, but a facial? That’s love 🤍✨
❄️ Winter skin check! ❄️
As the seasons change, so should your skincare routine. Winter can leave skin feeling dry, dull, or tight, so it’s time to adjust a few things:
✨ Gentle cleansing: Swap harsh cleansers for a gentle one that won’t strip your skin’s natural oils.
✨ Layer your moisturizers: Lock in hydration and strengthen your skin barrier—look for peptides or nourishing oils.
✨ Ease up on actives: Ingredients like benzoyl peroxide or strong exfoliants can be too harsh in winter—save them for when your skin can handle it.
✨ Don’t skip SPF: Even in winter, the sun’s rays can reach you. Protect your skin every day!
Your skin’s needs change with the seasons—listen to it, adjust your routine, and keep that winter glow. 💛✨
