Signature Smile Designs

🎉Celebrating Jamie and a New Chapter!🦷😀
Our Signature Smile Designs team gathered at The Cottage House in Smethport for a special farewell lunch honoring Jamie as she retires from dental hygiene after 24 wonderful years!
We enjoyed a delicious lunch, shared some laughs, reminisced about our time together, and celebrated the many years Jamie has dedicated to caring for dental patients. We presented her with a beautiful fall wreath, a floral arrangement for her new office, and a little something to remember us all!
Although we will certainly miss Jamie's kindness, gentle spirit, and caring nature, we are so excited for her next adventure!
Jamie has completed her training, earned a certification in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy, and is beginning an exciting new chapter with her own business, Centered In Function, right here in Smethport!
Jamie, thank you for the wonderful memories, your dedication to your patients, and the friendship you've shared with all of us. We wish you happiness, success, and fulfillment as you begin this new journey!
Please join us in congratulating Jamie and wishing her all the best!😀🎉❤️

National Dental Hygiene Month🦷😀💜
What Do Those Numbers Mean?
Ever wonder what all those numbers mean when your hygienist is checking your gums? Those measurements help us evaluate the health of the tissues supporting your teeth and look for signs of periodontal disease. Gum disease can develop without pain; regular periodontal charting gives us valuable information to monitor over time. It's just one way your hygiene visit helps protect your smile!😀🦷💜

National Dental Hygiene Month-October 2026 🦷😀
A dental hygiene visit is about so much more than "just a cleaning!" During your visit, our hygiene team evaluates your gums and oral health, reviews changes in your medical history, checks for areas of concern, provides personalized home-care recommendations, and helps prevent problems before they become bigger ones. October is National Dental Hygiene Month, and we're celebrating the important role prevention plays in keeping smiles healthy! 😀🦷💙

🩷Do Something Nice Day at Signature Smile Designs!🩷
Today was all about spreading a little extra kindness!🦷✨
Our patients were invited to choose a little surprise from our gift basket to take home, along with a special card featuring a message of kindness and appreciation.🎁💕
Sometimes the smallest gestures can brighten someone's day, and we loved the chance to let our patients know how much we appreciate them.
A little kindness goes a long way, and we hope we added a few extra smiles to the day!😀🦷🩷

☕️🎉And we have a Winner!🎉☕️
Congratulations to Jamie, the lucky winner of our National Coffee Day Gift Basket!🎁☕️
Jamie was pretty excited to take home all those coffee goodies, and we loved seeing that big smile!😀

🦷✨Practice makes Progress!
Our team at Signature Smile Designs recently completed another hands-on training session with Dandy, continuing to build our skills with the Dandy Vision 3D digital scanner and our digital denture workflow.
This session gave us another opportunity to focus on full and partial dentures, fine-tune our scanning techniques, and continue developing a smoother and more efficient workflow.
We're committed to continuing education and to embracing technology that helps us provide our patients with a more comfortable, efficient, and precise experience, without losing the personalized care that matters most. 💙
Every training session helps us learn, improve, and become even more confident in bringing this technology into our everyday patient care!✨🦷😀

National Gum Care Month Continues!
Have you ever wondered why your dental hygienist measures around your teeth and gums?🦷📏
Gum disease doesn't always hurt, especially in its earlier stages. That's one reason we carefully evaluate your gums and measure the space between your teeth and the gums.
Those little numbers help us monitor your gum health, look for changes, and determine the type of care that's best for you.
It's not "just a cleaning"; we're keeping an eye on the health of the tissues that help support your smile!❤️

🍂🎃Our team at Signature Smile Designs is welcoming the first day of fall with pumpkins, mums, scarecrows, and plenty of smiles!🍁🌻
