Two things I’ve learned on my hair care journey, USE SILK PILLOW CASES! (and silk hair ties) It’s not only good for your hair but your SKIN too!
Also, when you wash your hair, only wash the roots and let the suds drip to the rest of your hair but don’t scrub the ends of your hair. TRUST ME! game changer. Period!

I’m starting this group to document my hair journey! i started using Ola Plex about a month ago.

I struggled with postpartum hair loss so bad that it had me crying in tears many nights!
