Over time, fascial distortion produces tension, discomfort and pain throughout the body. A web that runs continuously from our heads to our feet, fascia becomes wrapped up and bound down from stress, trauma or posture. Myofascial release restores the elastic component of the web, returning the body to its natural resting position, relieving pain and renewing spirit.

In keeping up to date with all available information regarding limiting the potential spread of Covid19, my practice, Inner Light MFR, is now and will be closed for the next 2 weeks.
