The video that stopped me from eating sugar! Well, sorta. Let’s talk about it. I am a firm believer in moderation when it comes to nutrition. Is sugar bad for you? I believe yes it can be, but if you consume a little bit here and there out of enjoyment every once in a while I think you’ll live/survive. I also think it’s worth noting that this does not pertain to the sugar we get from fruits, I would be more weary of processed sugars. If you speak to enough people they’ll fear monger you into not being able to consume anything, but truth is, have about 90-95% of your diet be healthy, whole foods and you will be okay. #reels #reelsvideo #fitness #reelsviral #reelsinstagram
