140 Wood Road in Braintree!

Happy Friday! I wanted to share with you all that my next continuing education course is -John Barnes Myofascial Release - Pelvis! This is a 3 day course focused solely on, you guessed it, the pelvis! This course starts in just two weeks and I am so excited!

Our experience as myofascial release therapists has shown that over 90% of patients suffering with lumbar and pelvic pain, menstrual problems, cervical pain, and headaches have imbalances in the pelvis, which then creates soft tissue restrictions throughout the body.

This will be the 1st of 3 continuing education classes I'll be taking this year. Looking forward to learning these new techniques and to be able to apply them in my practice!
