OMG WHERE DO I BEGIN!!!!!!

8 years ago today I took a leap of faith and started Smooth Creations Hair Salon formerly known as Unique Creations Hair Design 🥹 chileeee when I tell y’all the amount of people who told me that hair is not a real career I should go to school for nursing instead I’m sooo proud of my little stubborn self for not listening because look at where I’m at TODAAYYY 🤏🏽

Who would’ve thought little 9 year old me who started braiding my dolls hair and then the kids in my neighborhood would be making 500+ girls feel beautiful and seen (hold on y’all boutta cry 🥹)

I remember I was 9 years old when my mother couldn’t do my hair anymore (single mother with all these damn kids) and me I’m not boutta walk around looking crazy so she taught me how to braid and growing up we didn’t have much I felt so bad for the kids in the neighborhood because they had nobody to care for their hair and I wanted to change that. When I seen their little faces brighten up I wanted everyone to feel that same feeling and their parents were so grateful 💕

This journey was not easy “I BUILT THIS BRICK BY BRICK” through all the hard times and messed up people ya girl nevaaa gave up and I’m so proud of my self for sticking to the vision because without all of your support and GOD ofc I wouldn’t be here today

So THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart I love the girls you guys been showing out consistently and I truly am grateful 🥹❤️
