CANCELATION POLICY UPDATE‼️

Called & Co. Cancellation Policy

At Called & Co., we value your time and ours. To provide the best experience for every guest, we kindly ask that you respect the following scheduling policy.

Appointment Cancellations

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another guest.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s).

No-Show Appointments

Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notifying us will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Future appointments may require a non-refundable deposit before booking.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other guests. If we are unable to accommodate your service, it may be treated as a late cancellation.

Deposits

Certain services, such as color corrections, extensions, bridal services, or appointments lasting more than three hours, require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied toward your service total.

Emergencies

We understand that unexpected emergencies happen. If you experience a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to waive cancellation fees at our discretion.

Introducing Called & Co ✨

The past few years I’ve loved stepping into your lives and giving you the beautiful hair you deserve, building a community of amazing women doing what I do best.

Called & Co is something I have prayed over for months; it was built on a desire to bring together faith, beauty and community. A place where once you’re in my chair all you have to worry about is you. I want to bring back the days of the salon feeling like going to a friends house for a chat, a place that not only makes you feel beautiful on the outside but a place that nourishes your soul.

I believe God places us exactly where we’re meant to be and I feel beyond blessed to be called to this new step. I am so thankful for every person in my life who has gotten me to this point. Everyone who has liked, shared and commented; those who dropped my name when given the chance. Every client who has trusted me, supported me and allowed me to become a part of your lives.

I can’t wait to have you in my chair and in this new chapter with me 🫶🏻
