📌Appointments are time based. Full sets take longer than fills. If you don’t have the correct service booked on the day of your appointment you cannot change it last minute. Notify me in advance as soon as you notice. I will check availability and if it’s not available you must Reschedule your appointment.

📌Do not come to your appointment with less than 40% extensions if not approved by me in advance.

📌 All appointments have a start and end time (swipe to see my view and what you receive on your confirmation email). My workday ends at the end of the last client booked appointment end time. Therefore, I know what time I get off for the day. Sometimes I have pre arranged plans after work or pre arranged late appointments for clients who requested in advance. When you wait until 0-2 days before your appointment or just show up with less than 40% without discussing with me prior you run yourself the risk of not being serviced. My work schedule cannot always be extended at the last minute. Best practice is to plan in advance and reach out to me as soon as you notice the earlier the better.
