Please be aware that if you arrive ( ESPECIALLY if you arrive early for your appointment) and our door is locked there is no need to be alarmed 😊
If we do not have someone sitting at the front desk and are in a current session, the door is locked for multiple reasons.
1) Safety. While we are in a very safe location, we feel it is best to not let anyone freely walk in when nobody is sitting up front and we are in session.
2) Someone freely walking in without having someone sitting up front to assist them disrupts YOUR service and your time is very important to us! It stops people from yelling out “Hello?” And trying to get our attention in our treatment area. It has happened 🤣
3) We are a small business consisting of five practitioners and all of our treatment times vary.
Yes- our online platforms say we are “OPEN” at a certain time, but again, that can vary depending on our day and treatment times.

If you are coming to purchase a gift certificate, we always suggest you call first just to make sure someone will be up front OR the easiest way is to purchase them through our website!
If you’re dropping in to say hi or make an appointment, We LOVE that and want to see you! We just might be in session and not up front.

If you ever need to speak to an owner, we are here! However, we may be in session at the time or just unavailable at the moment (because we are people too and have kiddos and lives outside of the spa and take days off 💜) but we are still available and promise to return your message ASAP!
