Beginning September 1st, 2026 we will have a new policy.

*Any appointment not cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service missed if we can not get the appointment filled.

*Any appointment not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance will be charged FULL price of the service missed. (This is our current policy)

*All no show appointments will be charged FULL price of service missed. (This is our current policy)

We are so grateful for our supporters.
However, these last minute cancellations/reschedules are really starting to hurt us.
We try to be fair and understanding but our time is also valuable and how we earn a living.

Our schedule stays so booked and we are genuinely grateful but when you hold a spot- every existing client trying to re schedule has to get scheduled way further out than they’d like- every referral trying to schedule cannot because everything is booked- every new client trying to schedule cannot and then calls somewhere else and we lose that client.

Mindfulness is so important when you are scheduling in the service industry.
