These raised, textured lesions are very common—but not all are the same.

Seborrheic Keratosis (SK)
• Can appear waxy, “stuck-on,” or slightly scaly
• Vary in size and color
• Common with age

DPN (Dermatosis Papulosa Nigra)
• Small, dark, raised spots
• Typically found on melanin-rich skin
• Often genetic
