This beautiful cohesive dimensional blonde effect is the result of several steps and products. Some lowlights refresh the canvas and prevent it from looking like worn out or old color. Balayage and foilyage was done using two different types of lightener to add depth, dimension, and exposure. Finally a soft toner balances out the palette. The integrity of the hair is protected before, during, and after processes. The result- head-turning, a custom-crafted, hand painted, work of Hair Art.
