Process

A micro pulse of current is applied to the hair follicle, which eliminates and the potential for it to grow.
A laser heats the melanin around the hair, which eliminates the hair.

Considerations

Laser can be painful-numbing creams do help; mild to moderate skin irritation and skin discoloration is possible.

No Maintenance*required because hair is permanently removed. Less costly.$
Laser -Though hair may be permanently reduced, lifetime maintenance is required. More costly. $$
