I freaking love this haircut transformation!

She came to me with a haircut that had no real shape.

The finger angle was off… and it completely threw off the hairline and silhouette of the haircut.

This is why details matter.

Small technical mistakes create BIG visual problems.

So instead of over-texturizing or trying to hide the issue…

I used convex layers to rebuild the shape properly.

Softness.
Movement.
Balance.
Flow.

Now the haircut actually works WITH her hair texture instead of against it.

This is the difference between just cutting hair…and understanding shape, weight distribution, and visual haircutting.

The right technique changes everything.

Here’s the haircut tutorial some of y’all were asking for!

Simple steps. Great results.

Sometimes the smallest techniques make the biggest difference.

Two things went VERY wrong with this bob haircut:

1. Thinning shears gone wild.Those scissors were HUNGRY… and apparently skipped breakfast. They ate so much hair the ends started filing for help.

2. Graduation gone wrong.This bob needs to go back to haircut school because it definitely did NOT graduate properly.

Here’s the problem:

Overusing thinning shears destroys the strength of the ends, makes the hair look stringy, frizzy, and weak… while poor graduation causes the bob to get flippy and bulky in all the wrong places.

A bob should look clean, balanced, and intentional… not like it lost a fight with a lawn mower.

Thankfully, we fixed it!
