Reiki is a gentle yet profound Japanese energy healing practice that helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, restore balance, and awaken your natural ability to support healing for yourself and those you love.

This sacred, heart-centered training is designed for beginners and anyone ready to reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within them.

Together we will:
✨ Learn the history and principles of Reiki
✨ Receive your Reiki Level I attunement
✨ Explore the chakra system and energy awareness
✨ Practice self-Reiki and hands-on healing techniques
✨ Build confidence in working with universal life force energy
✨ Receive a comprehensive training manual and Reiki Level I certification

No experience is necessary—only an open heart and a willingness to learn.

At Dandelion Wellness, I believe healing begins by creating a safe, nurturing space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and remember the healer that has always been within you.
