This is luxury service. When you’re in high demand, booked solid, and you know your clients, you find other ways to make it work. I am only one person, but I find other ways to accommodate my clients who are so loyal and amazing. Yes it is more work for me, but this is how I roll.

Friendly reminder about my cancellation policy! As you know, my schedule is generally booked in advance and waitlisted. I work hard to accommodate all clients, staying late, opening very early, even arranging swaps etc. when there simply is no more time available. Please be mindful of my policy on same day cancellations. I cannot fill open appts. at the last minute even from the waitlist. Thank you.
