Made a Slavic traditional lunch for me and the babies

I’ve been on both sides—struggling with my weight, trying (and failing) to lose it, and then finally making the commitment to change.

I gained a LOT of weight when I was pregnant with Ava, tried to lose it, but couldn’t stick with it. Then I had Addison and Aiden back-to-back, and I was still overweight. It wasn’t until after our youngest was born that I finally went all in on my journey—and I lost 100 POUNDS! 🎉

But no matter how much I lifted, how much cardio I did, or how strong I got, the loose skin wasn’t going anywhere. So after 3 kids and years of hard work, I decided it was time for some extra help!

I got an AbEX plus a little lipo on my outer thighs at @sonobello 🥹 And let me tell you… seeing that skin GONE just 3 weeks post-op is INSANE! 🤯
