I haven’t been able to cook since we’ve had our floors redone and Ez has been asking for a dessert. Too bad she fell asleep on the couch before they were done but I’ll save her this one for tomorrow 🫶🏼❤️

Vegan peach pie with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top 🤌🏻 🍑

Baking is something I love and have missed since I’ve had to change my lifestyle. Getting used to the different textures and tastes were a bit challenging at first but now I hardly even notice. This pie called for flour sugar and vanilla to be mixed with the peaches. I used almond four and all natural cane sugar instead of all purpose flour and white sugar so it’s a smidge different than a normal but it was so good and still cured the peach pie craving! I’ll definitely be making this one again 🥧

Yummy mango salsa with vegan tortilla chips 💃🏻🥭

I can’t have tomatoes but love salsa so I had to find something to cure the craving. This is the perfect combination of sweet, salty, and spicy 🌶️

This pairs well with not only tortilla chips but also on top of baked chicken 🙌🏼🫶🏼

A yummy vegan peach and blueberry tart 🍑🫐

Baking has always been one of my things, especially the cheesecakes and cakes 🍰 Going through a whole diet change and trying to find something sweet that remotely tasted like something I was craving was hard. I’ve made a few different cookies and things that have been good but this one takes the cake, no pun intended 🙃

I’m definitely adding this one to the repeat list, Ez and Jay both enjoyed this one as well! 🤌🏻
