Dear friends and clients,

I want to share that I will be retiring from salon work due to ongoing health complications, including Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and autoimmune issues.

This salon—and all of you—have meant so much to me. I’ve had the privilege of watching many of your lives unfold here, while my own children—and even my first grandchild—grew up within these walls. What we built together was more than a workplace; it was a family.

I will be completing the appointments currently booked under me, but I will not be taking any new appointments. Please know that the other talented stylists will continue to take excellent care of you. We are also in discussions regarding new ownership, and I will share updates as those are finalized. Updated booking information will be available as soon as everything is in place.

Thank you for the years of trust, kindness, and conversation. You carried me through more than you know, and I will always be grateful for that.

If you’d like to stay in touch, you’re welcome to message me privately. And I sincerely hope that one day Ehlers-Danlos syndrome receives the recognition and medical support it deserves, so others don’t have to face the same challenges.

Finally, I’d like to thank my business partner and husband, Michael Masters, for decades of unwavering support and dedication to the salon. He is the reason I was able to keep going as long as I did. My children have also played a special role over the years—baking, creating art, helping advertise, and even serving as hair models. To my wonderful and talented team members, Diana and Macy, who have become family—thank you. And to Jennifer Scott, thank you for trusting and believing in me, and for the opportunity to be part of such a beautiful space in the downtown historic building.
