If you wanna grow your clientele this is how you do it:

1. Reward your clients for referring clients to you

2. Create a yelp or google for reviews and reward your clients for reviewing you

3. Post on social media twice as much as you currently are

4. Give a thorough consultation to all of your new clients, ask lots of questions

5. Make sure you and your client are on the same page before you begin the service

6. Give extra value beyond the service, could be teaching them something, giving a sample, a temple massage

7. Create future plans to support your clients goals

8. Rebook your clients next appointment before they leave

9. Do your absolute BEST work on every client

10. Continue to learn new things and constantly improve your service forever and everrrrrr ✨

Being able to shape eyebrows nicely is the bare minimum of being a good brow artist, if you want to be a GREAT brow artist then you need to master that skill of communication and building trust with your clients.

THIS is when everything starts to change, because when your clients trust you, they stick with you
