My buddy Sam had a class project where he needed to interview a business owner of a business he thinks provides great customer service and he thought of me and us at Barber Dale’s. This is what it’s all about and truly an honor to help him with his project. I’ve known Sam a number of years and to say he’s a great kid is an understatement.

Hey Everyone, I just want to update you on shop happenings and show some appreciation for how awesome you guys have been. We all know this has been a brutal winter and the fact that even one person has come in to get a haircut let alone how busy we've been is something we all are extremely grateful for.

Some of you may have heard but I'm going to be adding another station to the shop sometime this spring, it's looking like sometime in May. With that there will be some seating and checkout re-design but I really think it will be actually more spacious and accommodating for everyone. I will update you as it gets closer.

Also, I plan on implementing a loyalty program soon. I am ironing out the kinks on it and will send out another email when it goes live.

Furthermore, I'm talking with the owner of Heartwood Coffee, which is the coffee that's always on tap at the shop. He is opening a new Location in Brecksville, where the Sakura was, next to Heinens. We are going to be hosting a pop-up espresso Bar for all of you free of charge a number of Fridays prior to the opening of the new store, once I know when you will be notified by email and social media.
