With the kids heading back to school, I’m settling into my new school-year schedule and opening up my September massage appointments! 💆‍♀️

I’ll be available **Wednesdays–Fridays from 10 AM–1 PM**, with every other Wednesday off.

Whether you’ve been meaning to get back on the table or you’re simply overdue for a little time to yourself, I’d love to see you. 🤍

My goal this month is simple: stay consistent, reconnect with some familiar faces, meet a few new ones, and keep doing what I love—helping people feel a little better when they leave than when they came in.
