If you’ve recently had a health change, it’s always a good idea to call us before your appointment. Some situations require a little extra time before massage is appropriate, and we’d much rather have a conversation ahead of time than have to send you home without your session.

Please call ahead if:
- You have recently been in the hospital or urgent care.
- It has been less that 24 hours since you have given blood or had a vaccination.
- You have experienced a resent fall or auto accident.
- It has been less than 10 days since you've recovered from a strain of COVID.
- You are taking antibiotics for an active infection.
- You are beginning to feel unwell.

And if you’ve had a new health incident and aren’t sure if massage is appropriate, we’re always happy to recommend checking with your doctor first. A doctor’s note is always welcome!! Part of caring for you is looking out for your safety, too. 🫶🫶
