As we step into July, I find myself thinking about the beautiful balance between enjoying life’s experiences and taking time to care for ourselves. Summer has a way of encouraging us to be on the go—vacations, family gatherings, pool days, and long evenings with friends—but our skin (and our nervous system) still need moments of rest and nourishment.

FEATURED SKINCARE PRODUCT: MOISTURIZERS. All skin types need moisturizers. Even oily skin. Moisturizers work to maintain the balance of your skin and keep it from becoming too oily or too dry. If you have oilier skin, look for gel-like hydrating formulas or lighter oil-free lotions. If you have drier skin, look for richer creams.

MEDITATION ROOM: Come early to your appointment to take advantage of Euphoria’s meditation room (just let me know in advance so I can have the door unlocked for you!) or use it after an appointment. Consider it an extension of your service to relax, unwind, and enjoy. Please read over the simple guidelines and sign in and out. I hope you utilize this room as a place of peace, refuge, respite, and quiet.

SOUND BATHS: I have been enjoying seeing some of you at our Sound Baths! If you haven’t been to one, I highly recommend you consider attending as the feedback has been very positive. My attendees are leaving refreshed and uplifted. The cost is $30 and needs to be pre-paid by Venmo or in the spa. The session includes a guided meditation, sound bath, small gift, hot tea, and light refreshments. Check social media for more upcoming dates to be posted soon.
