Last night we had a beautiful sound bath with the theme of Renewal. We talked about how we need to release things that no longer serve a purpose so we can make space for new things to enter our lives. This morning, I came across a lovely affirmation that goes perfectly with this theme: “I trust that releasing creates space for something beautiful.” Each sound bath I choose a special theme, and match it with affirmations, journal prompts, an essential oil, and a small gift from me to you.
