Home Head & Yoni Spa

Let’s talk about Sage🌿

This well known-distinctive earthly aromatic herb has a long history of use in Egyptian, Roman, and Greek medicine, as well as in Native American healing traditions. Most of us are familiar with dried sage being burned as a way to heal, protect, increase wisdom, & boost defense against disease✨

For 🏵Yoni Steaming🏵:
Sage is used in blends to assist with irregular discharge, UTIs and infections. It is also used for nourishing vaginal tissues and to aid menopausal issues🧡

‼️PSA‼️
Please think twice about purchasing bundles of white sage.

Make sure to research before considering burning sage- it is to be used in ceremony and should be respected-
Unfortunately, social media trends have led to high demand resulting in white sage to be continuously over-harvested causing fires and for this sacred herb to be in danger

Let’s talk about Mugwort🪴:

Mugwort is a plant commonly used for stomach/ intestinal conditions, irregular periods, lack of energy, scarring, & other conditions

For Yoni Steaming:
Mugwort’s main properties are to ease cramping, regulate hormones & it is antimicrobial
It is used in blends for nourishing vaginal tissues, menstruation regulation, PMS problems, post miscarriage/abortion and most standard blends.
