Full Job Description
The Gua Sha Facial Co. is seeking a highly motivated, talented individual. Part time to possibly developing to Full time. This person must have esthetician/facial/spa experience. Must be committed to providing wonderful customer service. I am looking for someone that goes above and beyond (serving our clients) and ultimately wants to grow both personally/professionally and financially. This job entails being in an office setting/interacting with clients/ able to keep up with social media (must be VERY savvy with FaceBook, Twitter and Instagram, etc.) throughout the day and also assisting (as well as learning/training) with the Gua Sha Facial Practitioner with facial/facial treatments as well as body contouring assisting.

The following qualifications are ALL REQUIRED before applying:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must live in the Brentwood, TN area.
A passion for skincare, and the beauty and wellness industry as a whole.
At least 1 year Esthetician/Spa/Facial experience…as well as willing to learn new facial/facial treatments, body/body contouring treatments.
A highly positive and outgoing personality as you will be the first and sometimes the last person every client will see when they visit our business.
A basic understanding of the social media platforms with a high focus on FaceBook, Twitter and Instagram as this primary methods of content delivery. Keep up to date with the latest trends.
Must be able to multi-task.
MUST sign a Non-Compete Disclosure as well as a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Hourly (Starting $10-12/hour based on experience) + Tips, when working with clients.
Must be able to work flexible/part-time hours, in the beginning, which could lead to full time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assisting the Gua Sha Practitioner..as well as learning the facial/facial treatment techniques. (Having esthetician/facial experience is a PLUS)
• Prepping new patient files & filing paperwork appropriately.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments. Keeping up to date with appointment calendar.
• Checking clients in & processing payments, if needed.
• Be versed in filing paperwork and getting all consent forms, policies & procedures and release forms signed by clients prior to services being rendered.
• Assist the practitioner when needed setting up or cleaning up between clients.
• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
• Simple, daily Marketing and Social Media management (posting content)
• Screening and directing phone calls, voicemails, texts or emails; distributing correspondence.
• Handling client requests and queries appropriately.
• Getting equipped with the knowledge to educate our clients about our services that we offer.

Well.. I have safely re-opened my business, last week.
