Those breaching the matrix know that the versions of themselves they want to align with requires a complete sacrifice and destruction of the old habits that don’t support the new world (environment) they’re building around them.
This requires staring fear down the barrel and making a decision. And eliminating the gap between the decision and action. No overthinking, no time to debate yourself or negotiate. Just do. The weaker mind tends to have a better probability of winning in a debate or negotiation with yourself because the weaker mind prefers the comfort zone. The weaker mind thrives off letting emotions move you and rule you. Momentum isn’t built on waiting until you’re ready, or more inspired, or more healed. Momentum is built on all the actions you take even when you don’t feel like it.

I didn’t feel like posting anything coaching related today or all week or all of last week. And now that I’ve simply just started, the momentum has built in real time as I type out these words. It’s just about starting that’s the hardest part. Once you’ve taken the action, momentum upticks. And you’re in business. Then these form habits over time and habits become the new way of living (lifestyle change). And there you have it.

Survival mode softening is an art

Our collective is slowly rising and softening from the old paradigms of disconnection as we redefine our humanness, what it means and how it shows up. The proof is in how we find balance in our emotional body. Not to not feel negative emotions at all but how we come into being with them and alchemizing them with acceptance and feel less suffering attached to the story.
Our world is technology driven and moving fast. I help other old souls navigate the journey from my own personal experiences in awakening, balance and redefining “job” as something we love to do that’s rooted in our creative process. Less blood, sweat and tears and more softening, trusting and still wildly ambitious.

Reality is simply a learned program. The energetic work you do shows up in the physical world as a delayed effect: the bodybuilder gets the physique after weeks to months doing the mental mindset work to stick at it consistently to get the body, the gardener plants the seed and only later sees it blossom, the business owner doesn’t explode overnight as they spend sleepless nights overcoming self doubt, trusting the vision.
The mental work and subconscious unlearning and requiring play a huge role like the seed that grows under the earth and undergoes a transformation from that seed before it is seen above ground as flower.

Nervous system regulation and inner healing work may not show up as immediate changes but overtime the relationships and energy and clarity begin to shift in ways that are visible and undeniable . If we’re looking for proof in the world now, but we haven’t done the work to call in that changed circumstance or reality then you will only find barron land and that will only reinforce the lack or scarcity that is felt.
