Hello, my friend! I'm so glad you're here.
California Bliss was created from a simple belief: our bodies deserve kindness.
Life has a way of pulling us in a hundred different directions. We push through stress, ignore aches and pains, care for everyone else, and tell ourselves we'll slow down later. But eventually, our bodies ask us to listen.
That's where I come in.
I created California Bliss to be a place where you can finally exhale. A place where you don't have to explain why you're tired, hurting, overwhelmed, recovering, or simply in need of care. Whether you're healing after surgery, dealing with swelling and tension, living with chronic discomfort, or just craving a little peace, you'll be met with compassion and without judgment.
As a Certified Massage Therapist and Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, I believe healing isn't about "fixing" your body. Your body isn't broken. It's communicating. Sometimes it needs support, sometimes rest, and sometimes a gentle reminder that it knows how to heal.
My approach is intuitive, personalized, and rooted in the understanding that no two bodies are the same. I take the time to listen to your concerns, understand your goals, and create sessions that meet you exactly where you are that day.
More than anything, I want you to leave feeling lighter than when you arrived. Maybe that's less pain. Maybe it's deeper relaxation. Maybe it's the first deep breath you've taken in weeks.

Summer has a way of filling our calendars with barbecues, road trips, family gatherings, and celebrations. While it’s a wonderful time to make memories, it’s also a good reminder to slow down and take care of yourself.

The City is updating speed limits along several roadways based on recent Engineering & Traffic Surveys (E&TS) conducted in accordance with State requirements.
